A coach builds it. You just live it.

No feeds, no streaks, no guilt mechanics. Here is exactly what happens after you join, in the order it happens.

  1. Tell us about yourself once

A short questionnaire: your goals, your allergies, what you won't eat, when you usually eat, and your timezone. It takes a few minutes.

Your answers are not decoration — they are the rules your plan is built against. Declare a dairy allergy and nothing containing dairy can be assigned to you; the check runs on every recipe, every time, not once at sign-up.

  2. Your coach builds your week

A real person turns your answers into a seven-day plan: meals with recipes, drinks, small habits, and the times that fit your day.

Some slots are set; some offer a choice — “pick 2 of these 6 dinners” — so the plan bends to your week instead of breaking. Anything your coach locks stays locked, and the app tells you why rather than showing a button that does nothing.

  3. You live one day at a time

Open the app and today is already laid out: what to eat, when, with the full recipe a tap away. Yesterday is history, tomorrow can wait.

Reminders arrive in your timezone, around your quiet hours. Travel and the schedule follows your clock, not the server's.

  4. The shopping list writes itself

Every recipe on your week contributes its ingredients. Three recipes each wanting a lemon becomes one line saying three lemons.

Cook four portions on Monday and Tuesday's planned leftovers don't re-buy the ingredients. Change a choice and the list updates with it.

  5. Your coach stays in the loop

Check-ins, messages, and a weekly rhythm your coach actually reads. When something isn't working, you say so and the plan changes.

Miss a few days and that's a conversation, not a scolding — the product tells your coach a human is needed, and the human turns up.

What a day looks like

This is the whole interface for most of your week: today, in order, done as you go.

The part we take personally

If you tell us you are allergic to something, the system refuses to put it on your plan — not as a warning label, as a refusal. That includes the “pick one of these” choices: every option in a choice has to pass your restrictions before it can be offered. And when a recipe hasn't been checked for allergens yet, it is held back from you rather than waved through as probably fine.

Change your answers later — a new allergy, a new dislike — and your future weeks are rechecked against them. Your history stays as it was, because it is a record of what actually happened.
